Check your Policy Schedule under the ‘COVER DETAILS’ section to confirm who your insurance cover is with.

Important information

Please note, if your gadget was stolen or has been lost, you should also take the following steps:

Evidence of ownership will need to be provided to the insurer

Report the theft / accidental loss within 24hours of discovery to your airtime provider

Report theft / accidental loss within 48 hours of discovery to the Police and obtain a crime reference number

If the incident happened outside of the UK, please notify the claims administrator within 48 hours of returning to the UK
